User Research
Target users:
Sydneysiders, food enthusiasts with high incomes. Caters a concentrated market and not the masses.
Problems:
Current competitors in the market do not provide a user-friendly platform and the communication process is usually through phone calls or emails.
Solutions:
Bon Diner has implemented a mobile application that allows our customers to easily book, track and trace their favourite chefs at any time. The application also allows users to view chefs' availability through a timetable.
